About Soaring Eagle
Who We Are
Soaring Eagle Limited works at the intersection of procurement, freight and public-sector contracting in Uganda. We were built around a simple problem: too many good shipments and good tenders fall apart in the space between the people who handle them.
Why we exist
Uganda's supply chains and public contracts pass through more hands than most people realise: suppliers, clearing agents, transporters, warehouse staff, government procurement desks. Every handoff is a place where a shipment can stall or a tender can miss its deadline.
We started Soaring Eagle Limited to close those gaps. Not by doing everything ourselves, but by staying accountable for the parts of the process that are usually nobody's job: the follow-up call to the clearing agent, the second look at a supplier's paperwork, the file that still makes sense a year after the goods arrived.
Twelve years on, the work still comes down to the same two things. Plan the route before the cargo moves. Document everything, so the file can survive an audit, a customs query, or a change of staff on either end. It isn't glamorous work. It's the work that keeps a consignment moving and a contract defensible.
