Soaring Eagle moves goods and manages contracts for businesses, NGOs and government institutions across Uganda. We focus on sourcing for government projects, both single source projects and public tendering. From a sourced quotation to a signed proof of delivery, we handle what happens in between.
Who we are
Built around a simple problem.
Goods and tenders in East Africa pass through a lot of hands: suppliers, clearing agents, transporters, warehouses, government desks. Something usually gets lost along the way. Our job is to be the one hand that carries it through, whether that means a container off a ship in Mombasa or a tender document due on a ministry desk by Friday.
Soaring Eagle Limited works with Government and private companies sourcing goods and materials, NGOs running programme logistics, and government ministries, departments and agencies procuring under public tender. The seat changes. Our approach doesn't: plan the route before the cargo moves, document everything, stay accountable for the parts of the process nobody else claims.
